Privacy Policy
PureRynse collects personal information needed to operate the store, process orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, improve the shopping experience, and send marketing communications when permitted. This may include name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, order details, customer account details, messages, device information, cookies, analytics data, and checkout activity.
Payment information is processed by Shopify and approved payment providers. PureRynse does not intentionally store full credit card numbers on its own systems.
Information may be shared with Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, fulfillment providers, email and messaging providers, analytics providers, fraud-prevention services, professional advisors, and legal authorities when required.
Customers may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting customer support. Transactional emails related to orders, shipping, account activity, or customer service may still be sent.
Depending on where a customer lives, they may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information. Requests can be sent to purerynse@gmail.com
PureRynse keeps personal information only as long as reasonably needed for order records, tax/accounting obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, customer support, and legal compliance. This store is not intended for children under 13.
Refund Policy
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible, products must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received. Proof of purchase is required.
Because laundry and household cleaning products can involve safety, leakage, contamination, and hygiene concerns, opened or used products are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect.
Customers should inspect orders on arrival and contact purerynse@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery if an item is damaged, defective, leaking, or wrong. Include the order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box.
Final sale items, gift cards, promotional samples, opened cleaning products, used products, and items not purchased from PureRynse are not returnable unless required by law.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to PureRynse error, damage, defect, leakage, or an incorrect item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the approved return is received and inspected. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post refunds.
Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing may take longer during launches, promotions, inventory delays, carrier disruptions, or severe weather.
Shipping rates, available destinations, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, holidays, incorrect addresses, customs processing, weather, and other events may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. PureRynse is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or extra charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
When tracking is available, tracking information will be emailed after shipment. If a package is lost, stolen, leaking, or damaged in transit, customers should contact at purerynse@gmail.com as soon as possible with the order number and photos if applicable.
Some products may be subject to carrier, destination, or packaging restrictions. Available shipping methods are determined at checkout.
International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, and local compliance requirements unless otherwise stated at checkout.

The PureRynse name, logos, packaging, product names, images, text, website content, and designs are owned by or licensed to PureRynse and may not be copied or used without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PureRynse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability for any purchase-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Terms of Sale
All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, payment authorization, fraud screening, and compliance with these policies. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. PureRynse may accept, reject, cancel, or limit an order where permitted by law.
Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Taxes, shipping, duties, and other charges may be added at checkout where applicable. Prices and promotions may change without notice.
Product packaging, labels, size, color, scent, formula, and availability may change. The final product label and instructions control over general website descriptions.
Follow all product label directions, warnings, storage instructions, and laundry care labels. Use only for intended laundry or household cleaning purposes as stated. Do not mix with other chemicals unless the label says it is safe to do so.
Returns and refunds are handled under the Refund Policy. Shipping is handled under the Shipping Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.

Subscription Policy
This policy applies only if subscription, auto-renewal, recurring delivery, or “subscribe and save” options are offered at checkout.
If a customer purchases a subscription, the customer authorizes recurring charges at the price, frequency, and quantity shown at checkout until the subscription is cancelled, paused, skipped, or changed. Taxes, shipping, discounts, and carrier rates may change.
Customers may manage, pause, skip, or cancel a subscription through the customer account if available or by contacting purerynse@gmail.com To avoid the next charge, cancellation requests should be submitted at least 3 business days before the next billing date.
If no subscription option appears at checkout, subscriptions are not currently being offered.
