Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, product launches, weather delays, or carrier disruptions.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address, package weight, shipping method, and carrier availability.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. PureRynse is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. PureRynse is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first. PureRynse is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery, but we will review each situation when contacted.
Damaged or Leaking Packages
If your package arrives damaged or leaking, contact us within 7 days of delivery at purerynse@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the package and product.
