Thank you for shopping with PureRynse. We want you to feel confident when ordering from our store.

Returns

Because PureRynse sells laundry detergent and household care products, opened, used, leaking after customer use, or tampered-with products are not eligible for return. Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

To request a return, contact us at purerynse@gmail.com with your order number, name, delivery address, and photos if the item arrived damaged.

Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your order is damaged, leaking, missing items, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for opened detergent, used products, products without original packaging, items damaged after delivery, or products purchased from another seller or marketplace.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged. Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise approved by PureRynse.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
